Fall and flannel are the perfect match – especially when shooting a woodland engagement session! Last Saturday, I met Allison and Mike at my favorite park for their pictures. Growing up in rural Virgina, these two wanted a location that reminded them of home. With 250+ acres of woods and walking trails, I just knew they would feel at home. The afternoon light and color of the leaves was just perfect! Plus, we were able to coordinate our schedules so we could photograph their engagement session after my family mini-sessions and take advantage of the couch in the woods.
I know their hometown Virginia wedding is going to be just as lovely next April….
