Moments are… Fleeting. Swift. Brief. Gone in the blink of an eye. I know this first hand because it’s hard to believe I’ve been married almost 4 years and have lived in Atlanta for a little over 7 years. I looked up the definition of moment as I started to write this post. Moment is not only defined as a point in time or a time of excellence but also a moment of significance. It’s a time in your life where a small point in time changes everything. One’s wedding day goes by in what feels like a fraction of second but the significance of marriage is never ending. The pristine wedding gown you coveted is now worn in, the flowers are wilted and the delicious wedding cake devoured. A new chapter in life has begun as a little family starts out on a crazy adventure together. But your wedding moments were real…they were emotional and joyful and even a little chaotic. It was one of the happiest moments in life’s journey this far! The detail photographs are great and the artistic bride & groom portraits amazing but it’s the memories wrapped in the moments that make up the story. The candid photographs captured at a wedding freeze that one second so it will live on forever as if it never ended…. A mother helping her daughter with her dress, a first look between a bride & groom on their wedding day, a dad walking his daughter down the aisle, the first kiss as husband and wife… Every moment captured in hopes that my client’s great grand children will cherish every one because it’s where it all started…moments that built a legacy! These moments are legendary…
